About

The Technology Adoption Pilot (TAP) is designed to support capability building by augmenting the capacity of home builders to adopt emerging (as opposed to mainstream) energy efficiency / renewable energy / distributed generation technologies.

Goals

Build capacity in residential home development industry to adopt Net Zero (NZ) technologies

Increase the penetration of new NZ technologies into mainstream new housing

Address existing barriers for the uptake of NZ technologies across Ontario
